Two Little Bunnies

This year we had 2 bunnies hopping around our house. Well, one skips and one rolls. Sarah Grace started her Easter festivities the week before at school. We had a family lunch and egg hunt at the school. Her class had memorized John 3:16 for the parents and they recited it before we ate and then after lunch they had an egg hunt. She did good, she found 13, all stuffed with candy! Then on Friday we decorated Easter cookies for our annual family Easter egg hunt with our class from church. On Saturday we had the hunt and a picnic afterwards. That day she found 18 eggs. Charlotte didn't find many eggs or eat any cookies, just a nap in the stroller and a bottle.
The Sunday before Easter, SG told us the Easter story in her 4 year old's version. She got it all right, and at the end she said "and then... JESUS, he came back to LIVE!" On Easter Sunday Sarah Grace came downstairs and found her basket on the fireplace. She got a Barbie movie and Strawberry Shortcake doll and some coloring books. Charlotte found her basket too. She actually reached for things in the basket when we showed it to her. She got rattles, a swim suit, pj's and lotion. After church on Easter we spent the day with family and had one more Easter egg hunt.

Growing like a Rose!

Here's a little update on Charlotte. She's GREAT! She'll be 4 months old tomorrow! She's such a good girl and has such a funny personality. She likes to be tickled, and loves to be naked. And she really enjoys her bath time. She loves to play and already has 2 or 3 favorite toys, and she likes to watch cartoons. She watches and sings and sings... She can get really loud, which I'm afraid is a sign of things to come. But for now it's cute. ;0) She's also mobile! Yes, mobile. She's already rolling. She's made it all the way to her tummy once but most of the time goes to her side and then pivots on her head to get to the desired toy. It's amazing and a little scary, SG wasn't doing this until she was 6 months old. At this rate she'll be walking by May! j/k This weekend were venturing into the world of solid foods! We'll send lots of messy pics of her and her cereal!
Now I'll answer the popular questions:
1) No she hasn't lost ANY hair. She's had one "official" haircut and one trim at home.
2) She's about 13 lbs, give or take. She goes to the Dr on 5/2.
3) No, not sleeping through the night yet, but goes back to sleep easy during the night. She has done it, but not consistently at all (3-4 nights at a time).
4) Yes, she's all better from all her ailments as a newborn. Now she has allergies and reflux!
5) She's great in public. Almost every time we've gone out with her she's been great! And she does good in the church nursery.
6) And her eyes are blue. :)
